Both. Some of our best matches are project-based. Tell us what you actually want — we won't push you toward something that doesn't fit your life.
Do I need my portfolio polished before reaching out?
No. We'd rather talk to you while it's still a work in progress than after you've spent three weeks tweaking your case studies. The conversation comes first.
Will you send my CV to everyone in your contacts?
Absolutely not. We won't share your details with anyone without telling you who, why, and what the role is first. Your reputation is yours to protect.
