IN THE ROLE YOU'LL GET TO:

â–¸ Shooting video content across a range of formats including campaigns, reels, product shoots, behind the scenes and brand storytelling pieces
-
Managing all aspects of a shoot including lighting setup, framing, composition and directing on set
-
Editing raw footage into polished, publish-ready content with attention to pacing, colour grading and sound
-
Working closely with the creative and social media team to understand briefs and translate them into compelling video content
-
Organising and maintaining footage, assets and project files
-
Staying up to date with video trends, formats and what performs well on social media platforms
-
Handling equipment responsibly and flagging any production needs in advance
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

0 to 2 years of experience in videography or a related field
-
Proficient in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
-
Solid understanding of camera equipment, lighting and audio â–¸ A strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling and visual detail
-
Comfortable shooting both in studio and on location
-
Knowledge of what works across Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
-
A collaborative attitude and willingness to take direction as well as show initiative

A genuine zeal to learn and develop your craft
